1. What exactly do you sell?

BestBuyCharms.com is a specialist seller of quality mobile phone charms – also known as cell phone charms or phone straps - handbag & bag charms as well as 18" charm necklaces & 20" charm necklaces. Our affordable charms make for a fun and unique fashion accessory for you to enjoy. Our charms also make perfect gifts for family and friends too.

2. What materials are your charms made from?

The vast majority of our charms are made from quality enamel & rhinestone materials. A few are made from a silver tone metal alloy that is completely lead and nickel free.

3. How can I pay for my order?

4. Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?

We offer worldwide delivery. In fact, a large proportion of our customers are outside the UK. That’s testament to our charm products’ global appeal, quality and affordability. All orders £15 or more are delivered free of charge worldwide.

5. How are your products packed?

We do not supply our products in retail ready packaging. This is so we can keep costs low and pass the associated savings on to you. Each charm product is placed into a grip seal bag and then put into an industry standard bubble protected envelope to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

6. Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

No, not at this time.
