You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your orders on our site.
We do not take payment in the form of telephone orders, cheques or postal orders.
The ordering process is simple and straightforward. Simply add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to pay for your ordered products.

Our delivery charges are straightforward.
We are pleased to offer FREE WORLDWIDE shipping on all orders of £15 or more.
We use the British Royal Mail to deliver all our orders using First Class postage.
Orders totalling less than £15 attract minimal charges as detailed below:

Returns & Cancellation Policy
We inspect every charm item to ensure that it is in perfect condition before posting it to you and we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, we will gladly refund or exchange a damaged or incorrect product on those rare occasions that this may occur.
Returning your order
Damaged and incorrectly delivered products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please notify us of your intention to return an item by emailing us at returns@bestbuycharms.com.
Include in your email the product description, order number, stock number and the reason for returning the product. Let us know whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement.
We will then email you back with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
We shall refund you or send a replacement usually within 3 working days of receiving your return. You are responsible for the cost of postage and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods.
Cancelling your order
Cancellations can only be accepted within 7 days of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item in a fully resalable condition in the event that your order was posted before sending us your cancellation request. You are also responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the product when returning a cancelled order. Delivery charges cannot be refunded for cancelled orders already posted. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
